MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA | JANUARY 2023
As the crisp, wintry winds sweep across the enchanting landscapes of Minnesota, there's a unique tradition that warms the hearts and palates of those who embrace the cold season with open arms. The long, dark nights of winter in the Land of 10,000 Lakes were illuminated by our Supper that brought a table together to celebrate the Nordic heritage deeply woven into the state's cultural fabric. We are both originally from Minnesota - and love to lean into our Scandinavian roots whenever possible. We partnered with the Great Northern Festival for, a cherished gathering where our guests came together to savor the flavors of Nordic-style cuisine while basking in the cozy embrace of the winter season. Join us as we embark on a culinary journey that transcends the ordinary, exploring the rich history, delectable dishes, and warm camaraderie that make this supper a treasured tradition in the heart of Minnesota.
