This incredible Supper was set against the stunning backdrop of a farm outside of Seattle, where the city's vibrant culinary scene meets the authenticity of farm-to-table dining. This supper, curated by chef Ashley Rodriguez, brought a stunning gastronomic journey with a focus on foraged and local ingredients. With a passion for bringing the freshest flavors to the table, Chef Rodriguez carefully crafted a menu that brought the best produce straight from the farm and Imperfect Produce.

WELCOME

We welcomed our guests with a stunning American Harvest Organic Vodka cocktail: hibiscus Mango Collins - paired with grilled flatbreads and stuffed dates.

Chef Ashley Rodriguez is based in Seattle and her incredibly talented team prepared a locally grown and foraged menu that focused on Seattle’s locality, sustainability and beauty.

Salmon fritters, fire cooked potatoes, wild mushrooms, herb salad, grilled green beans, tomato confit, crispy garlic, peanuts

Wine: XOBC 2018 Elijah Grenache

DESSERT

Galettes, pear, huckleberry, whipped crème fraîche

Cocktail: Brother’s Bond Bourbon Old Fashioned

NIGHTCAP

We ended our evening with a stunning summer fruit gallete paired with an incredible cocktail by Brothers Bond Bourbon - a classic Old Fashioned. A perfect close to our beautiful night together spent around our long table!
