Flora
Oh, what a glorious return to our homeland! It had been eight long months of not hosting a Supper in our neck of the woods and we couldn’t have found a better place to set our table. The sunlight coming through the blossoming orchard, the sound of the river close by, and a luscious spring menu full of color and exquisite flavors.
Ohana
Mid last year, we started daydreaming of a Supper in paradise—warm and sunny weather, sky-tall palm trees and, let’s face it, cocktails on the beach. We started daydreaming of Hawaii. Fast forward to March 20, we boarded an Alaska Airlines flight to Kona, to make our dream a reality.
Verdant
The start of summer brings such promise as the first crops of the season start coming to life. The sweetness of a summer peach. The crispness of summer's first cucumber. At last, mother nature rewards us after a long, cold winter. We bathed in the beauty of all shades of green and enjoyed an incredible feast to welcome the most awaited season of all: summer.
Dark Moon
A celebration of the winter season and the hidden gift of delicious foods it brings along. Winter itself is very mysterious—it’s cold and dark, the tree branches are bare and everything looks barren and dead. But covered with that sullen exterior, everything is still teeming with life, just waiting for the first breath of spring to burst forth.
Not So Secret Supper
We were so excited to be included in Feast’s all star line-up of fabulous food events! We were joined by fellow, all female food blogger friends: Jessica of Feed Me Dearly, Joy of Joy the Baker and our personal favorite Drake on Cake, and Ashley from Gather and Feast.
Salt & Stone
Hot July days turn into long warm evenings kissed with bright pink sunsets and salty sea air. it's the perfect time to immerse yourself in the beauty and bounty of the sea. The water is a little bluer, the wine a little crisper and the memories a little more vivid.
We dined at our tucked away table and celebrated one of the longest days of the year. After heaps of delicious shellfish paired with amazing wine, the evening seemed boundless, full of laughter and connection.
Leap
A celebratory leap forward into the idyllic rhythm of spring, when everything seems in harmony. The brightness of the local produce and the liveliness of the season came through in every course. We spent the most beautiful evening at our outdoor table, among long lines of peach trees ready to blossom, and we welcomed the return of light and all the delicious harvest with open arms.
Wintertide
Wintertide was held at Suttle Lodge near Sisters, Oregon. We had open white skies, warm fires, and jack frost nipping at our nose. Steaming pots of rich and hearty dishes, the sound of muffled laughter being muted by snow, and a trail of footprints leading to a table filled with adventurous friends. We bid farewell to winter with a sumptuous feast, filled with local, seasonal fare and warm drinks by the fire.
