Pinpointing the extraordinary in the routine. Getting lost in the complexities of the many things we take for granted. Finding the common ground that connects us all.
White Fir
Winter evenings are best when lit by candlelight, near embers and flame with a glass of Bordeaux in hand and the sweetest of company around us. That is exactly how we rung in the holiday season, at our White Fir supper, excited for all the gatherings and the love-sharing to come.
Noble Rot
Autumn brings about a richer, deeper, and darker harvest. At Noble Rot, we savored the spice of the season and enjoyed the preserved flavors of those past. In the top floor of Alderbrook Station’s net loft, we experienced the comfort of fall, surrounded with warm food, kind company, and inviting sounds of nature.
Ebb & Flow
A Supper celebrated with the abundance of both land and sea, as summer came to an end. Fruits bursting with juice and sweetness. Courses awash in piquant pepper seasonings. Briny flavors soaking deep into crisp summer vegetables. We experienced the richness in food, company and scenery; dining near our reflection as we basked in the warmth of the late summer sun.
Fire & Ice
A long table gathering in the dead of winter, among tall evergreens, with fires warming each side of the table. Every course cooked over an open flame or directly in hot ash, the flavor of smoke and scorching earth seeped into every bite, making each dish rich in both flavor and story–the story of all of us, gathered at the table.
Peak
A late summer Supper at Tumbleweed farm in the shadow of Mount Hood, there is no better backdrop than that. No better way to cling to summer than by savoring each bite of the mouthwatering dishes prepared with fruits and vegetables harvested that very morning, from the same grounds where we sat the table. All in all, the perfect setting for connection.
