In true Austin fashion for when we come to town, the rain lent its rhythmic accompaniment to yet another enchanting supper, this time at the stunning Windermere Farms. Under the protective embrace of a beautiful tent, our guests gathered to experience a culinary symphony orchestrated by the talented Chef Jo Chan. With a menu inspired by local flavors and a commitment to sourcing the finest ingredients, Chef Jo's creations promised an evening of gastronomic delight. The stage was set for a memorable night, with Flor de Caña Rum taking the spotlight with incredible cocktails and even a taste from the cask experience where guests could try 15 year rum directly from the cask! Davis Bynum wines were paired with each seated course. As the raindrops painted a gentle melody on the tent's canopy, attendees reveled in the magic of the moment, where exceptional cuisine and the soothing rhythm of rain converged for an unforgettable soirée at Windermere Farms.
