The culinary and beverage teams from Lake Austin Spa and Elementary joined forces to craft an extraordinary supper under the comforting cover of shelter. As raindrops danced on the serene Lake Austin, guests were treated to a sensory journey curated by local talent. Sip by sip, they indulged in libations featuring the crisp notes of American Harvest Vodka, the rich warmth of Flor de Caña Rum, and the smooth elegance of Montagave Tequila. Rombauer wines added a perfect touch of sophistication to the evening. Under the protective canopy, guests reveled in the enchanting atmosphere, savoring each bite while watching the rain cascade down—a truly memorable blend of culinary delights and nature's embrace.
