SUBLIMITY, OREGON | MARCH 2022
Our first Supper of 2022, and goodness did it feel amazing to gather again! We couldn’t have envisioned a more perfect Pacific Northwest goodbye to winter than our beautiful little Supper snuggled together in the forest around a fire at the old Davidson Ranch in Smith Creek Village. Our warming meal made by Chef Ana Betancourt was full of Northwest classic ingredients made in the flavors and textures of her home, Torreón, Mexico. We met Ana years ago through her sister, Alba. Dear Alba has been part of the Secret Supper team for many years and we were so excited to be able to work with them both together as they embark on a very special project to the two of them, Maria, a nomadic, micro-dinner series.
This Supper was so very special to us because it involved so many special people in our lives. Amazing and talented friends that have become like family to us. It was truly an honor to be able to put this Supper together with them. It is through their talents and support, we are even able to be here in the first place.
Alba, Chas, Melissa, Anameika, Tracy from Great Jones my sister and brother-in-law who also came to help for the weekend!

WELCOME
To welcome our guests to the experience, we gathered under a historic oak tree and greeted guests with the most delicious glass of Suzor Wines Bulles and/or a Bicicleta Spritzer made with Suzor Chardonnay, Campari and soda. What a treat to be able to be served directly from Melissa, co-owner of Suzor and our dear friend.

The wines paired perfectly with the cool, rainy Pacific Northwest evening we spent by the fire.
SECRET LOCATION: SMITH CREEK VILLAGE
We were so excited to partner with Smith Creek Village and to get the chance to slow down, relax and connect with nature. We as well as many of our guests stayed on site in one of their cabins so it was the most perfect Oregon getaway! Our barn venue was stunning adorned with the most perfect florals by our dear friend, Chas of Wildflower Portland. Her vision and talent never ceases to amaze us we were so thrilled to be able to work together!

We love working with Brother’s Bond Bourbon because they know how to pair the most perfect cocktail! Our dessert was brought to the next level with this Mexican Manhattan complete with molé bitters. Absolutely delicious
