    $15,000 per event.

    This includes existing events on our Supper schedule or the opportunity to add a Supper in the geographic market of your choosing.

    We are always happy to add a Supper to our schedule without any additional costs associated, based on our typical event production.

    Brand to provide product for placement/use as needed and agreed upon beforehand.

  • Process

    Whether you want to present a single Supper of co-create a brand new series, we will work together to choose destinations that suit your unique marketing goals. Then, we will get to work creating our known and loved Supper experience.

    Your only necessary involvement is to collaborate on product placement at the Supper! We will make sure that your brand comes through as a pillar in making the experience possible and an anchor part of good times spent with one another.

  • Category Exclusivity

    As part of your benefits as our Presenting Partner, Secret Supper will not partner or otherwise promote any direct competitors of your brand in association with any event where your brand is our Presenting Partner.

    To help enable a low cost investment, Secret Supper will seek sponsorship from other brands in non-competing categories (e.g. food, wine, tableware, etc., as applicable). These brands will be promoted to a lesser degree, keeping the spotlight directed towards your brand while still generating cross-promotion, resulting in more eyes on the event and your brand!

Secret Supper Deliverables

Seats at the table

You will have four (4) seats at the table at each sponsored event to give to invited guests of your choosing.

Logo/brand placement

Secret Supper will create a partnership logo, which will be utilized on the following Secret Supper channels:

+ Supper Series ticket page

+ Email campaigns in connection with the sponsored event(s)

+ Printed sign at the sponsored event(s)

+ Printed menu at the sponsored event(s)

A representative of your brand will have the opportunity to address the group to welcome them to the experience and briefly talk about the brand, during introductions and/or towards the end of the evening, as a way of thanking the guests.

Product placement at sponsored event(s)

+ Secret Supper will display/utilize/serve your product during the Supper(s).

+ You may choose to include product, discounts, and/or swag in the gift bags that guests take home.

Content assets

+ 10 high resolution images for digital use, including highlights of the evening (product placement; cocktail hour; guests at the table; etc.)

+ One (15) second video highlighting Presenting Partner products in the context of the gathering

+ Videography available upon request

Digital promotion

Social Media:

+One (1) Instagram Reel (a 15 second video shot on iPhone) or in-feed photo highlighting your brand at the sponsored event. The Reel will be shared with you to share on your social channels, if desired.

+One (1) Instagram in-feed post and one (1) Instagram Story will be posted following the publishing of the recap story on Secret Supper’s website (your logo and link will be included).

Email Campaigns:

One (1) email campaign promoting the recap story will be sent to Supper guests, where your brand logo and a link to your website will be included.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don’t see an event on your calendar that fits my timeline/geographic market, etc.?

We are always interested in creating something net new with interested brands! In no way are we confined to what is currently on the calendar. Please reach out and let’s create something together based on your needs.

Is there an extra cost associated with a brand new event? What if we want something a little bit different?

Assuming production logistics are in line with our typical costs, there is no additional fee for adding new events to the calendar. If you are looking for a particularly difficult or expensive market (i.e. downtown Manhattan, Martha’s Vineyard in July) or would like to include aspects that incur significant costs (i.e. private guest transportation to and from the event site) we can usually make those special moments happen, but will discuss additional production fees in our initial planning conversations as needed.

I need more than four tickets. Is that possible?

We are always happy to provide extra tickets for you before on-sale date at the public ticket price. Because our ticket typically sell out within minutes of launch, we cannot usually offer additional tickets after that date.

Can we choose our own chef?

We are always happy to discuss preferences or even specific chefs and usually would say yes, as long as they abide by our criteria for Supper chefs, which we have in place to ensure a high quality experience for our guests. If you have your eye on a celebrity chef or a particularly big name, that may fall under the category of additional costs, and we would discuss budget accordingly.

We would like to throw an invitation-only event, but I only see public Suppers available.

We are happy to work with you to co-create an event designed specifically for your invited audience. The Presenting Partnership fee and deliverables translates to such events, with an additional per-head cost similar to our public ticket price. Please get in touch to discuss details!
