In partnership with talented chefs and mixologists, we design gatherings that inspire and enable lasting connections. Your brand can be at the forefront, whether as a presenting sponsor at one of our signature Suppers or as part of an exclusive series we design collaboratively based on your brand’s vision.

Tickets to our signature Suppers consistently sell out in a matter of minutes, with over 50% of guests traveling from out state to join our table. Our experiences provide the perfect platform to showcase our partners, while generating evergreen content that may be leveraged in you future digital campaigns.

Supper Series presented by ‘Your Brand’
Our signature Supper gatherings offer the perfect opportunity for your brand to join us in the movement of inspiring intentional living and fostering real connections. As a Presenting Partner of one or more Suppers within our Supper Series, you will enjoy the spotlight as our main partner among an audience that is passionate about food, drinks, and coming together, without the pressure of steering the boat. A hands-off approach so you can focus entirely on your own marketing endeavors, while letting us deliver experiences that will have our guests and social audience talking about your brand for seasons to come.
Together, we will choose Supper destinations that suit your purpose. After that, we will create our known and loved Supper experiences with no other required help from you, with the exception of your product for product placement at the Supper! We will do the rest to make sure that your brand comes through as a pillar in making the experience possible and an anchor of good times spent with each other.
As part of your benefits as our Presenting Partner, Secret Supper will not partner or otherwise promote any direct competitors of your brand, during and one week before and after each event for which your brand is our featured partner. To help enable a low cost investment, Secret Supper will seek sponsorship from other brands in non-competing categories (e.g. food, wine, tableware, etc., as applicable). These brands will be promoted to a lesser degree, keeping the spotlight directed towards our Presenting Partner, your brand. Involving other non-competing brands generates cross-promotion, resulting in more eyes on the event and your brand!
Investment: $15,000 per event
Deliverables
Seats at the table
+ You will have four (4) seats at the table at each sponsored event, for invited guests of your choosing
Logo/brand placement
Secret Supper will create a partnership logo, which will be utilized on the following Secret Supper channels:
+ Supper Series ticket page
+ Email campaigns in connection with the sponsored event(s)
+ Printed sign at the sponsored event(s)
+ Printed menu at the sponsored event(s)
+ A representative of your brand will have the opportunity to address the group to welcome them to the experience and briefly talk about the brand, during introductions and/or towards the end of the evening, as a way of thanking the guests.
Product placement at sponsored event(s)
+ Secret Supper will display/utilize/serve your product during the Supper(s)
+ You may choose to include product, discounts, and/or swag in the gift bags that guests take home
Digital promotion
+ Social Media: One (1) Instagram Reel (a 15 second video shot on iPhone) or in feed photo highlighting your brand at the sponsored event; and an Instagram Story. One (1) Instagram in-feed post and Instagram Story will be posted following the publishing of the recap story on Secret Supper’s website (your logo and link will be included). The Reel will be shared with you to share on your social channels, if needed.
+ Email Campaigns: One (1) email campaign promoting the recap story will be sent to Secret Supper’s mailing list, your brand logo and a link to your website will be included
Content assets
+ 10 high resolution images for digital use, including highlights of the evening (product placement; cocktail hour; guests at the table; etc.)
+ One (15) second video highlighting Partner products in the context of the gathering
+ Videography available upon request and quoted separately
Supper Series featuring ‘Your Brand’
As one of our Supper Series Featured Partners, your brand will be paramount in bringing an authentic culinary experience to life.
By leveraging engaging digital content and storytelling, we will highlight your brand on our marketing platforms, prior, during, and post-event, to ensure your brand is an authentic part of an experience that unearths and celebrates our commonalities.
Investment: $3,000 per event
Brand to provide product for placement/use as needed and agreed upon beforehand.
Deliverables per Supper
+ One dedicated Instagram post
+ One dedicated Instagram Story
+ One 10-30 second highlight video for social media
+ Your brand and Instagram handle will appear as a sponsor on the printed partners card, present at the table
+ We will mention our partnership with your brand during cocktail hour announcements at the start of the Supper
+ Three high-resolution images highlighting your products in the context of the gathering. These images are licensed for digital use, excluding paid social ads.
