Join us for a Culinary Pursuit in Umbria, an immersive multi-day culinary excursion designed to be a holiday like you’ve never experienced before. Spend three and a half days taking inspectacular views of rolling hills and discovering the delicious flavors of this Italian region with us!

Umbria is located two hours between Florence and Rome. Despite neighboring Tuscany, Umbria has remained somewhat under the radar, which makes it one of Italy’s best kept secrets! From leisurely strolling picturesque streets in one of the many ancient villages of the region to enjoying aperitivo while admiring a mesmerizing sunset, Umbria will delight you!

We will make Poggio Belvedere by Vero—a 17th century countryside estate, about 20 minutes from Perugia—our home away from home as we explore the region. This peaceful estate is owned and operated by a Kaila and Ludovico Terraneo, who after years of marriage returned to Ludovico’s home country and made Umbria home. With backgrounds in the hospitality industry and a tremendous passion for the Italian life, this young family is committed to shine a light on the producers, farmers and artisans that make Umbria such a special region.
