2023 CULINARY PURSUIT: PICINISCO, ITALY MAY 10-14

Join us for a Culinary Pursuit in Italy, an immersive multi-day culinary excursion designed to be a holiday like you’ve never experienced before. Spend three and a half days exploring the natural beauty of the historical village of Picinisco with us!

Picinisco is a somewhat secluded, ancient Italian village located about 75 miles southeast of Rome, in the Province of Frosinone in Lazio. Although it is bound to become a coveted destination among food and wine lovers, you can very much find tranquility and beauty in every corner. During this three-day trip, our local guide will help us experience the wonders of Frosinone—no shortage of history, marvelous food and wine, and authentic Italian hospitality!

We will stay at the beautiful Sotto Le Stelle, a rustic-luxe albergo diffuso (“dispersed hotel”) in the center of the village. This unique hotel is owned and operated by a Scottish family whose roots can be traced to an ancient farm in Picinisco: I Ciacca. I Ciacca, home to the Di Ciacca family for over 500 years, abandoned over 50 years ago and recently restored by Cesidio Di Ciacca and his family, is dedicated to maintaining and sharing the tradition of hospitality, food, wine and culture of Picinisco and Val di Comino.

Picinisco was the destination for our first Culinary Pursuit last fall and we absolutely loved every corner of this special village!
