BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS — MAY 15
Featured Chefs: Mike Wiley and Andrew Taylor from Big Tree Hospitality
Responsible for THE best lobster roll we’ve ever had, Big Tree-- owned by Chef Andrew Taylor, Chef Mike Wiley, and General Manager Arlin Smith--truly has a place in our hearts and we couldn’t be more excited to partner with them again, for our Supper in Boston.
Chefs Andrew Taylor and Mike Wiley are James Beard Award Winners, which doesn't come as a surprise once you’ve visited their restaurants in Maine and enjoyed their food! That said, the number one reason--lobster roll aside--we love this team is because of their commitment to operate and make food in a way that really uplifts everyone in their community.

AUSTIN, TEXAS — OCTOBER 2
Featured Chef: Markus Carter
Some time in mid-2020, we sat down for a virtual chat with Chef Markus, for a piece we’ve treasured for months and we’ll finally release, closer to our Supper in Austin! At the time we chatted with Markus, we didn't have plans to visit Texas, but his friendliness and his project, Austin Secret Kitchen, stuck in the back of our minds, so we decided it was only natural to bring our table South and have Markus serve the feast! Markus’ culinary experience has taken him to many places but his biggest inspiration comes from his consistent search of his culture as a Black/Latino Chef.
We could go on about Markus and how excited we are to be hosting a Supper in Austin with him as the Chef, but we’ll leave you with one of our favorite quotes from our chat with him: “When someone invites you to their table to eat some food and share something, they're inviting you to taste the pain of their past almost, and enjoy their history and their story and their culture, and I think that's a really revolutionary thing.”
