Join us for a Culinary Pursuit in the LUBERON region of France, an immersive multi-day culinary excursion designed to be a holiday like you’ve never experienced before. Spend three and a half days connecting with the artisans, chefs, producers, and natural beauty of this magical part of Provence with us.

PROVENCE has a history rich in cultural heritage as it has attracted artists for centuries for its unique soft light and natural beauty. Today, creatives continue to be drawn to the region and join the makers of all sorts who have chosen a quieter lifestyle, set to the pace of the seasons and the provençal joie de vivre. We will spend time exploring this natural beauty as we hike the cedar forests and walk the vineyards, picnic under plantain trees, and taste the local specialties. Join us on this special journey created to experience Provence in all of its authenticity and magnetic light.

Staying true to our signature experiences and our sense of adventure, we will keep some of the details of this trip a surprise until we see you in Lourmarin! We do know you need to plan though, so read on to learn more and get excited to join us!

THE DETAILS

Dates

April 24th - April 28th, 2024

Location

Lourmarin is 40 minutes away from Aix-en-Provence or a 50 minute drive from Marseille International Airport. We suggest taking a train to Aix-en-Provence and we will pick you up there.

Accommodations

LE MOULIN - an ancient mill transformed into a hotel and village shop will be our home away from home during our time in the Luberon. Set in the sweet village of Lourmarin, the property is a Provençal dream surrounded by lavender, cedar and olive trees. In late Spring we may be tempted to dip into the pool, or enjoy an Apéritif on the terrace.

We will be staying in either Le Moulin’s stunning Superior Rooms or Deluxe Rooms.

Suite upgrades upon request and subject to availability. Please reach out upon securing your spot and we will work with you directly!

Please note: there are six single occupancy rooms and four double occupancy rooms.

Itinerary

Spring in Provence will be in full bloom and is an absolutely delicious time to visit this place. The light is ultra special and the landscape will have come to life with days getting longer and summer just around the corner. Our days will be full of rich experiences but we will also leave time for you to slow down and enjoy the art de vivre as you linger over your morning coffee and freshly-baked croissants, meander the cobblestone streets of the villages, take in the lush scenery of rolling hills and lavender fields, and of course commune around the table for our long dinners featuring local produce and wines of place. Think of it like an extended version of our Suppers, one that includes more exploration, adventure, and time to bond with new friends!

We have a delightful itinerary planned in partnership with our local host. Through intimate visits with local creators, unique gatherings and epic meals, you’ll uncover the gastronomic and cultural intricacies of our incredible surroundings.
